A beach house needing a makeover. In partnership with the client we were able to give this quaint cottage a new start. A bedroom, pantry and powder bath were added to the existing structure and that combined with two new outdoor living spaces made this home ready for a new family. 

Anne Sneed Architectural Interiors and LUX Art Institute is so excited to have celebrated the groundbreaking of the new LUX education pavilion.  We are so excited to have gotten the opportunity to work on this great project!  We have been working closely with Lux on the remodeling and re-imaging of the existing building adjacent to the main LUX Art Institute.
